Our production time to get all orders out and shipped to our customers takes 10 BUSINESS days. We ship all our orders via first class or priority mail. (3-6 business days to arrive after shipping)

We do not ship on the weekends(Saturday & Sunday).
International shipping
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 weeks. We ship all our orders via first class or priority mail. International shipping takes 2-4 weeks.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and Refunds
The following items can't be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

We do NOT offer refunds, only exchanges for PRODUCT DAMAGE OR NOT AS DESCRIBED. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless the error was incurred on our end. All returns must be shipped back to TOTOALLY BRIDES using a traceable courier.(i.e.: UPS, FedEx and USPS)
