I ordered robes for my bridesmaids with express shipping a month ago. I was contacted about a week after I placed my order (after I had already received a notification stating my order had been shipped) that they did not have enough robes in the color I wanted and asked if I wanted to order two in a different color. I told them to ship the robes they did have and to send the other two when they had the correct color. They then asked me when I needed them by. I replied that I had paid for express shipping because I wanted them quickly but at this point it was already past when I needed them by. At that time, I asked for my money for express shipping back. I still have not received a refund. She replied telling me that the robes would be shipped with 2 day shipped in two weeks when they where ready. Over two weeks later, I still don’t have my robes. They also sent me this link to review the robes I still don’t have a month later. So ****** review it is then.
